Late Arrivals & Early Departures

When it is necessary to collect a child early for an appointment, parents are requested to first obtain a permission slip from the main office and complete an Early Leave Pass. This is an important procedure to ensure the safety of children. Parents then give this permission slip to the class teacher.

Parents are requested to notify teachers in writing prior to early collection of their children.

Parents are requested to collect a Late Pass from the School Office, and to escort their child to their classroom if they are arriving after school has commenced.

Absences

A note should be sent to the teacher on the day your child returns to school informing the reason for the child's absence.

If your child should return home during the school day, please contact the school. No child will be sent home without first informing the parents.
